At times, we may offer Free Shipping as a special promotion within the continental United States. However, this is subject to our discretion and may not always be available. Free Shipping cannot be combined with other discounts, coupon codes, or sales promotions.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and national holidays. Please allow 24-48 business hours for processing and handling, even for expedited shipping options. While we strive to ship most orders on the same day, orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.
Once your package leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times, as shipping and transit times provided by Sun State Hemp or any shipping carrier are estimates. To minimize delays, we recommend placing orders ahead of time. Orders are processed in the sequence they are received.
Please note:
For international orders, customs fees, duties, and VAT are not included in our shipping charges. These additional fees are determined by your country’s regulations and must be paid by the customer. Sun State Hemp has no control over these charges. We advise checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
We work diligently to process and ship orders promptly. However, once a package has been handed over to the carrier, we are no longer in control of shipping delays caused by factors such as weather, carrier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

We strive to maintain accurate product pricing and information. However, in the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or supplier error, Sun State Hemp reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed at the incorrect price.
If an order is canceled due to a pricing error and your payment has already been processed, we will issue a refund for the incorrect amount immediately.
